Do you offer technical support?
The FAQs, and Help section should answer almost every question. Please look through these sections carefully and you will likely find the information you need. Because this is a free bonus calendar, we will not be available to answer any phone or fax requests. You can, however, reach us through e-mail at team@pageaday.com, which provides a detailed automated response covering most common technical questions and requests.
How do I access Page-A-Day Online Calendars?
Currently, Page-A-Day Online Calendars are only available on the web and through daily HTML e-mails for registered users. If you're a first-time subscriber, you can register here using your favorite web browser. If you have an account from a previous year, add a Page-A-Day calendar to your account by going to My Account and clicking on Add New Calendar.
How can I receive my Page-A-Day Online Calendar as a daily HTML e-mail?
First, you must be a registered Page-A-Day Online Calendar user, with a working e-mail account that accepts HTML e-mails, registered for the current calendar year. To opt in for this feature, visit the Manage My Account section, check the checkbox beside the HTML option and click "Save." The last calendar you viewed online that's in the current calendar year will be e-mailed to you each day.
Can I receive multiple daily emails if I have more than one ID code?
Our system is only able to send one daily email per registered account, but if you want to receive multiple emails, you should make sure you're logged out of your original account, register a different email address, and use your second ID code to get a free online Page-A-Day calendar for that address. If you have multiple calendars from the current year on one account, the system will automatically send the last one viewed while logged in at the site.
Do I have to view my Page-A-Day Calendar as an HTML e-mail?
No, you can continue to visit the site every day if you prefer, or if your e-mail account does not accept HTML e-mails. Even if you opt in for the HTML e-mail feature, your account at Pageaday.com is yours to view, just as always, through the year. You can opt in and out of this new feature without deleting your Pageaday.com by unchecking the box on your My Account page.
I'm not receiving my daily emails. What can I do?
If your emails suddenly stop arriving or never arrive, make sure that dailymail@pageaday.com is in your email Contacts list. Then, log in to the account in question, go to your My Account page and make sure you are opted in for HTML emails. You should also view the current day's calendar page by selecting it from the drop-down menu and clicking Go.
